The New Forest 10K route is multi-terrain, combining compact gravel forest tracks with some tarmac sections.

The course starts and finishes at New Forest Showground, Brockenhurst, winding through the heart of New Forest National Park.

It is flat and fast throughout, making it suitable for all abilities.
