Our energy stations are stocked with High 5 Energy Drink or jelly baby stations as indicated on the maps.

All drink and energy stations will be self serve.

All rubbish must be dropped in the rubbish drop areas or by a marshal, all of which will have a rubbish bag. The New Forest is full of beautiful wildlife and we are committed to making minimal impact of their habitat.

Any runner seen dropping rubbish outside these areas will be disqualified!
